TPAN Joins In Calling For Hofeller Files To Be Made Public

Texas Progressive Action Network joined with our partners of Fair Maps Texas on an amicus curaie brief in the NC Common Cause vs. Lewis case to oppose the Hofeller files being made confidential.

These files need to be made public as they contain critical information that could prove essential in voting rights fights across the country. Texas is no exception.
