The Path To The Vote In Texas

In the coming days, we’ll be launching a survey we’ve been working on to hear directly from Texas voters about your voting experiences.

Yesterday’s Super Tuesday saw tremendous turnout in Texas but with that also came numerous accounts of the usual:

  • long lines and impossible wait times

  • polling places inadequately staffed for the volume of voters

  • broken machines or not enough machines

  • polling places opening late for various reasons, including technical issues

We know that we can strive for better in Texas and we know that it will be critical that we explore these issues and urge state and county officials to do everything possible to best prepare for Election Day come November. Texas voters deserve no less!

Watch for this survey to come to you in the days ahead and be sure to

  • log your responses, then

  • share with other Texas voters!

We want to hear from as many Texans as possible and your participation is key!
